Certified seed is sown in raised seedbeds prepared with screened soil. Sowing density decides how evenly the crop will develop, so beds are measured and marked before a single seed goes down.
Tunnels shield the young seedlings from frost and wind while they root. Watering, thinning and daily inspection run for six to eight weeks until the plants are strong enough to move.
Seedlings are lifted and set into prepared ridges across our partner farms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. Spacing is kept consistent so every plant gets equal sun, air and nutrition.
As the crop matures, flower heads are topped so the plant drives its energy into the leaf instead of the bloom. This is what builds body, aroma and grade in the finished tobacco.
Leaves ripen from the bottom of the stalk upward, so they are primed in several passes over the season — each leaf picked only at its own peak, never the whole plant at once.
Green leaf is cured in barns under a controlled heat curve that turns it golden over several days. Temperature and humidity are logged throughout — this stage makes or breaks the colour and aroma.
Cured leaf is sorted by stalk position, colour and texture into FCV grades, moisture-checked, then pressed into uniform bales ready for inspection.
Bales are inspected, documented and containerised at Karachi for shipment to Indonesia, the Middle East and Europe — with paperwork handled end to end by our export team.
